Chamberlain McBain offers a high success rate at a low cost to our clients. Unlike most other services, we do not take a percentage of the debt for ourselves or charge exorbitant hourly rates. Instead we charge only for the work carried out and where applicable, calculate and add interest and compensation (either as per your terms and conditions or under the Late Payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act), which, when recovered, is paid to you. Indeed, some of our costs are fixed, irrespective of the time taken to do the task.
