Personal
Chamberlain McBain specialises in every aspect of debt recovery, from the letter of demand through to sequestration. Our innovative system is unrivalled. We recognise that each client, and each separate debt, needs to be treated individually, so we tailor the process to offer our clients a route to debt recovery most suited to their requirements and budget.
Accessible
Our clients remain in control of the process throughout. They may select any one or a combination of the services offered by Chamberlain McBain. In addition, they have access to their accounts via the internet which enables them to see what we are doing, what has been recovered and any relevant dates. Through the system, clients can give us instructions or notify us of payments.
Professional
We recognise the vital part debt recovery plays in business relations. We respect the delicate nature of debt recovery and always act in such a way as to not jeopardise future relations.
Reliable
We appreciate the time, money and stress that unpaid invoices can cause, and realise the importance of a swift recovery. Once we receive notification of a debt we can send a seven-day letter within a few hours of receiving instructions. Our staff are dedicated to ensuring effective recovery, at minimum cost to yourselves.
Investors in people
Gerald Murphy, Debt Recovery Manager, has built up a team of professionals who are trained in all areas of debt recovery. Chamberlain McBain is committed to ongoing staff development throughout their career, so we are able to provide the best possible service for our clients at every stage. We even offer a free training session for our clients should they wish, to understand more about the process of debt recovery.
Cost Effective
Chamberlain McBain offers a high success rate at a low cost to our clients. Unlike most other services, we do not take a percentage of the debt for ourselves or charge exorbitant hourly rates. Instead we charge only for the work carried out, in the most part limiting costs to those recoverable from the debtor. Indeed, some of our costings are fixed, irrespective of the time taken to do the task.
